Local is the fabric of our brand and our namesake.  The Goat's Beard is a plant that is native to Pennsylvania, and commonly found near the communities we do business and call home. We are proud to be a part of these communities, and grateful to be a small peice in our guests' lives, for the everyday and the special occasion.

Our highly talented chef, Joel Romano, serves inventive, fresh plates rooted in traditional American cuisine. He and his culinary team refresh these dishes in a way that keeps our food familar and approachable, but remains bold, exciting and different. We are passionate about our food being clean, fresh, responsibly-sourced.  We speak with our produce purveyors often, seeking advice on locally grown products that will change our menu twice per season to only offer the best ingredients out there.
